    I responded on James McGrath’s blog, but want to say, Thanks to you, too. Relgion is all too often a means for power plays for those who have psychological issues. A need to be important, or noticed, or loved, or whatever, because the family of origin was not what it was meant to be and did not do what it was meant to do…help to train the child to wholeness in all aspects of his personality. Thanks to those of you who are engaging in helping alleviate the world of the psychologically impoverished that depend on religion and religion’s God to “help” them, instead of developing themselves, as God’s creative and unique persons.
